Self-organising Teams

When groups of people come together to complete a shared task, they form a team. The trouble is sometimes groups do not form into a team very well. So, how can groups come together more effectively and make decisions? What if consensus can't be reached? Do team members need to vote? Or, should a "team leader" decide. We will explore some options. We will also discuss motivating absentee group members and dealing with difficult group members that you may not even like much.
