About the Course

This chapter explains how modern agile development advocates self-organising teams to create software. Obviously, team members need to be able to create software, but they also need to be able to create and understand requirements, in the form of user stories and perform tasks such as design and testing. The scrum master facilities team working, mentoring team members and removing impediments. The product owner engages with clients and markets to define and prioritise requirements.
